Good locations and price range for tattoos in Vancouver BC?

so im planning on a tattoo and trying to figure how much $ i need. now i know price is hard to determine on a tatty because of all the factors (size,originality,artist and so on) but for somwhere around $400 what kind of tattoo would i be able to get and where in Van would you recomend? im considering a half sleeve or across the top of my back near my shoulders but ive heard half sleeves are usually around $500+. thanks
