I want a list of the Scariest, most haunting and your most disgusting, sick terrifying movie lists.?

Im a bit of a horror acid genre type of movie go-er if i watch something that is suppose to "scare" me i expect it to. But alot of movies now days lack the creativity and originality that I love so I would appreciate if one of you guys with a good taste could list a few and rate them 1-10 for me with your personal beliefs on which i would love the most. thanks.. you guys rule :)
