If everything belongs to Allah, then why Allah asked share in war booty, 20% to Allah AND Muhammad&Relativs?

Just calm down. Muhammad (PBUH) did not keep any of Ayesha's money when he inherited all that she had upon marriage, so this absurd question is beyond me.
