Holocaust-based art project ideas?

I have to make an art project on Elie Wiesel's Holocaust memoir "Night," but I don't have any ideas! It's graded on originality and meaningfulness, so just drawing a picture or something is too boring. Any ideas? Good ones in the past have included quilts, sheet music, maps...
