Where can I find this certain type?

I'm looking to find a certain type of guys but have no idea where to start. I recently became addicted to watching "coming out videos" on youtube and to my surprise most of all the guys seemed very straight acting, don't take this offensively or anything but i was really shocked. These types of guys don't particularly look like they like the gay scene, like gay bars and pride events and that sort of thing. I myself am not out but after watching all these guys come out it actually doesn't seem that bad. However for me I am straight acting and live in Alabama in a very religious redneck small town, so coming out would be a very rough thing to go through. I am returning to university in the north this fall and entering my sophomore year. I thought about maybe going to a LBGT meeting or something? something a little more classy than gay bars and such? any ideas that you guys have for me im willing to try, thanks yall!
